單克隆抗體是由單一B細(xì)胞克隆產(chǎn)生的高度均一、僅針對(duì)某一特定抗原表位的抗體。通常采用雜交瘤技術(shù)來制備，雜交瘤（hybridoma）抗體技術(shù)是在細(xì)胞融合技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，將具有分泌特異性抗體能力的致敏B細(xì)胞和具有無限繁殖能力的骨髓瘤細(xì)胞融合為B細(xì)胞雜交瘤。

CD61是一種110 kDa膜糖蛋白，也稱為整合素β3鏈或GPIIIa。CD61可與整合素αV鏈（CD51）或整合素βIIb鏈（CD41，GPIIb）結(jié)合，形成細(xì)胞戰(zhàn)術(shù)素、纖維連接蛋白、纖維蛋白原、層粘連蛋白、基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-2、骨橋蛋白、骨調(diào)節(jié)蛋白、纖溶酶原、血小板反應(yīng)蛋白、玻璃體凝集素和血管性血友病因子的異二聚體受體，一些成纖維細(xì)胞、一些活化的白細(xì)胞和腫瘤細(xì)胞。GPllb llla（CD41-CD61）在血小板和巨核細(xì)胞潛能細(xì)胞中的分布受到限制，是血小板聚集所必需的。
